Do you ship overseas?
Currently we so not ship overseas. This may change if we find competitive international shipping rates for our products.

How long will it take to get my order?
If you are in Singapore, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days. It may take longer, up to 5 days, when we are experiencing high demands.

What information must we give to order on your shop?
Please provide your delivery address, contact number and/or email address for us to facilitate delivery for your order.

For local orders, you can opt for store pick up. You may also include a note if you have any special instructions for our delivery team. 

What happens if my purchase is meant as a gift for someone?
You may enter the person delivery address and contact number when you check out. You may also add a note so we can ensure the item is properly packaged.
 
Currently, we do not have any gift wrapping service.
 
What happens if I receive a faulty or wrong product, or product size is wrong for me?
This is applicable for local orders in Singapore only. Please alert us within 7 days on karla@karlatech.com or sms/what’s app/call us on +65 9097 8769.

We are happy to do a 1-to-1 exchange provided the product is new and unused, and is still in its original packaging. We will not accept any exchange or return if product is used or installed, and if original packaging is not available.

Are your products authentic?
Our parent company is the authorised distributor for the brands we carry in Singapore and Asia. So yes, our products are authentic. All of our products are certified and have gone through various quality and safety checks.
 
How many brands do you carry?
We focus on quality and currently have over 20 curated brands in parent company portfolio. This list is growing.

Is there warranty for your products?
Yes, all Globber trikes and kick scooters have a 2 years limited warranty for manufacturing defects (not covering wear & tear). We are the authorised distributor for Globber and its only service center in Singapore.

Due to the high impact nature of action sports like skateboarding and freestyle scootering, our skateboards, longboards, trick scooters and accessories are under warranty for 1 week to 1 month, depending on items/parts.

Can I be notified when a product is back in stock?
Yes, please email karla@karlatech.com if you want to be notified when a product is back in stock. Or you can follow us on instagram &/or facebook (pumpanickelsg) to get updates. We post regularly on new arrivals, restocks, promotions and more.
 
How can I contact you?
We can be contacted via email: karla@karlatech.com; tel: +65 6702 4879; hp: +65 9097 8769. Pls note we are not online 24/7 so we may not respond in time if you use the chat function on the website. The best option is to what's app/sms or email us.

Do you have a showroom for me to view or try your products?
Yes, our showroom is 371 Guillemard Road, Singapore 399779. Our opening hours are 1-7pm on Sat, Sun & Mon and 1-8.30pm on Thurs & Fri. Shop is closed on Tues & Wed. No appointment is needed.
