Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship within Singapore and to parts of Asia. Shipping is free within Singapore.

Shipping rates for Asia is at a flat rate of either SG$30 or SG$60 (minimum purchase applies) depending on location. This rate will be added at check out.

Shipping rate covers courier charges from Singapore and does not include duties or taxes in destination country. Buyers are solely responsible for any custom duties or taxes in their respective countries. We DO NOT undertake requests to sort out local custom issues. 

How long will it take to get my order?
If you are in Singapore, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days. It may take longer, up to 5 days, when we are experiencing high demands.
 
If you are overseas, delivery can take anywhere from 7 to 16 days. It may take longer depending on individual country’s covid measures and restrictions.
 
What information must we give to order on your shop?
Please provide your delivery address, contact number and/or email address for us to facilitate delivery for your order.

For local deliveries only, you can include a note when you check out if you have any special instructions for our delivery team. 

What happens if my purchase is meant as a gift for someone?
You may enter the person delivery address and contact number when you check out. You may also add a note so we can ensure the item is properly packaged.
 
Currently, we do not have any gift wrapping service.
 
What happens if I receive a faulty or wrong product?
For Singapore orders, please alert us within 7 days on karla@karlatech.com or sms/what’s app/call us on +65 9097 8769. Once we have ascertained that the product is faulty or wrong, we will do a 1-to-1 exchange and re-deliver this to you at no extra cost.

Are your products authentic?
Our parent company is the authorised distributor for the brands we carry in Singapore and Asia. So yes, our products are authentic. All of our products are certified and have gone through various quality and safety checks.
 
How many brands do you carry?
We focus on quality and currently have over 20 curated brands in parent company portfolio. This list is growing.

Is there warranty for your products?
Yes, our trikes, quads and kick scooters have a 1 year local warranty for manufacturing defects (not covering wear & tear). Due to the high impact nature of action sports like skateboarding and freestyle scootering, our skateboards, longboards, trick scooters and accessories are under warranty for 1 week to 1 month, depending on items/parts.

Can I be notified when a product is back in stock?
Yes, please email karla@karlatech.com if you want to be notified when a product is back in stock.

Do you have a showroom for me to view or try your products?
Yes, our showroom is 371 Guillemard Road, Singapore 399779. Our opening hours are 12-7pm, Monday to Saturday. No appointment is needed.

As part of our Covid CB measures, you are required to do a safe entry check in and temperature check. Visitors may need to queue outside the shop if there are too many people inside. For any enquiries, pls SMS/WA/Call us at +65 9097 8769.
